About the role The Hunter TAFE Foundation Coordinator supports the effective operation and growth of the Foundation through scholarship and award coordination, donor and stakeholder relationships, community engagement activities and communication. The role represents TAFE NSW and the Foundation at events and delivers initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s profile and attract new opportunities. It also oversees governance and compliance processes, maintains accurate records, prepares Board papers, and supports the implementation of the Foundation’s Strategic Plan. With responsibility for event coordination, project support, and day‑to‑day communication management, the role ensures activities are delivered professionally, on time, and in alignment with TAFE NSW values and customer‑focused service. This role includes occasional travel to support events, engagement activities, and stakeholder relationships. About You You are a confident and engaging communicator who builds strong relationships with donors, partners, and internal teams while representing the organisation with professionalism and integrity. Your background includes stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and administrative support, and you thrive in environments where priorities shift and deadlines matter. You are organised, adaptable, and proactive, using sound judgment to manage sensitive information and deliver high‑quality work.
