Your Role as our Coordinator - Administration and hMIF Project In this role you will support in initiating, planning, documenting and executing processes and structures which will support the headspace Model Integrity Framework (hMIF) audit expected to commence in 2026. This audit is extensive and requires a project lead with the ability to ensur compliance of policies, procedures and practices with the framework. In addition, you will be responsible for providing oversight and operational management of headspace Capalaba’s day to day administration functions, in line with the current responsibilities of the Administration Coordinator. You will achieve this by: Undertaking and coordinating the daily administrative functions of the headspace Capalaba centre. Overseeing the capacity of the headspace Capalaba Administration staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with the hMIF and WMQ Practice Frameworks. Support the recruitment, training and induction process for employees, students, volunteers. Producing and developing professional-standard documentation both as part of supporting Administration staff and as evidence for hMIF auditing. Collaborate with internal and external staff as required to facilitate the hMIF accreditation process. Ensure individual and team practice is in accordance with the requirements. What We’re Looking For Experience providing administration support in a health care setting. Excellent working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications. Ability to utilise highly developed interpersonal skills and specialist knowledge to efficiently manage private practice administration, client reception and IT systems Strong analytical skills in problem solving, decision-making and developing systems. Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
