About the Role We are recruiting for 30 Drivers (Ministerial/Hire Car/Chauffeur) in Sydney. This contract provides professional transport and operational support to Ministers, Office Holders and public officials, ensuring safe, timely and discreet point-to-point services. Working as part of a casual driver pool, you will respond to operational requirements across the Sydney CBD, metropolitan areas and regional NSW. The role also includes a range of non-driving duties that support the daily operations of government offices. Flexibility, professionalism and confidentiality are essential, with work often required outside standard business hours. Pay rate: $40.43/hour super Location: Sydney CBD, metropolitan and regional NSW Start Date: 2 March End Date: 31 December with possibility of extension Positions Available: 30 Key Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable and professional transport services for Ministers, Office Holders and authorised public officials Perform non-driving duties including transporting documents and equipment, assisting with travel arrangements and minor office support Operate allocated pool vehicles in accordance with safety, security and operational standards Maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentation and roadworthiness, including routine inspections and reporting maintenance requirements Complete vehicle logbooks, running sheets and other records in line with policies and procedures Build cooperative working relationships with Ministers, Office Holders and their staff to support service delivery Maintain regular communication with transport operations teams regarding assignments and scheduling Provide relief driving and operational support as required across different locations Comply with work health and safety requirements, security procedures and organisational policies Maintain high standards of personal presentation, behaviour and professionalism while on duty About You Demonstrated experience providing transport services to Ministers, Office Holders, public officials or other high-profile clients or Hire Car, Limo Chauffeur services driver experience.
