YOUR NEW ROLE We're looking for a dynamic Organisational Services Team Leader to join our Subiaco WA-based team. The purpose of the Team Leader - Organisational Services role, is to develop and expand our growth strategy in aligned states. This includes leading and managing core services for Leadership development programs; Organisational and team development; Education and training; Career transition and outplacement services; Specialist recruitment; Climate and engagement surveys and Psychometric testing. WHAT YOU'LL DO As part of our Organisational Services team, you'll deliver tailored, evidence-based solutions that support individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive. Your work will include: · Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety. · Leading organisational improvement initiatives, including development / re-development of services and products. · Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change. · Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance. · Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres. · Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments. · Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise. · Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services. · Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals.
