We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a full-time temporary assignment, initially for three months, based in the Northern Suburbs. These roles are available immediately and sit within a busy, fast-paced HR function supporting a growing business. This is a hands-on opportunity for a confident HR professional who can step in quickly, manage complex matters, and provide high-quality support to the HR Team Lead during a period of growth and system implementation. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end case management, including employee relations and performance matters Providing pragmatic, best-practice HR advice to leaders and stakeholders Working autonomously in a dynamic and evolving environment Supporting change initiatives and new system implementations Partnering closely with the HR Team Lead and broader HR team About You: Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor Background in Aged Care, Disability, or the Not-for-Profit sector is essential Strong resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity Confident working independently and prioritising competing demands Available to commence immediately We look forward to your application!
