With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced ADHD Paediatrician to join the Virtual Services department.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: This role requires a Paediatrician with experience in developmental medicine particularly in managing Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD). We are seeking a dynamic and innovative physician interested in growing a virtual collaborative model with community practitioners to support more patients accessing timely help within our state-wide service.  This position will aim to fast track patient access to paediatric ADHD advice, particularly for rural/remote patients, or for those patients on public hospital outpatient waitlists.  To be successful in this role you will have: FRACP with experience in developmental paediatrics Experience working in virtual care  Next Steps . . .  If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
