Key Responsibilities: Team Building: Hire, train, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Enrolments: Assist with managing enrolments and building relationships with new families. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Australian standards and regulations, including A&R. Engagement: Actively engage with children and families to create a welcoming and nurturing environment. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance, promoting best practices in early childhood education. Requirements: Qualifications: A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (0-5yrs) or WT Experience: Previous experience as a Director or Centre Manager in Australia is essential. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including approved child protection training.
