The Role: This full-time position based between 2 depots in Terrey Hills and Mount Kuring-gai and will suit a Aircon Technician who has the ability to maintain and repair our bus fleet to ensure we can continue connecting people and places safely. Key Responsibilities Perform installations, service and repair on HVAC systems Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and CDC maintenance programs Identify, test and repair refrigerant leaks and perform system evacuations, re gassing and performance testing Ensure all work is completed in compliance with WHS, environmental and refrigerant handling regulations Accurately complete maintenance records, defect reports and service documentation Work collaboratively with operational and maintenance stakeholders About You Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification) Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Experience with vehicle or fleet HVAC systems highly regarded Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to work independently across multiple sites The benefits: Earn between $46.44 per hour depending on skills and experience Potential to earn: $95,000 - $115,000 annually Training and development opportunities Weekly Tool Allowance Novated lease options for a new car Discount gym membership Save on health insurance Access to 100's of savings including your weekly groceries About you: Certified Aircon and refrigeration license Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong understanding of vehicle structure and bodywork. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
