Job Description We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive professional to undertake key administrative functions and coordinate office events across 3 days a week! As the Dymocks Office administrator you will play a key role in supporting the Chairman and CEO of one of Australia’s most iconic retail brands. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence, report preparation and presentation development. Managing ad hoc matters as required for the CEO, including scheduling in key events and meetings in the calendar. Coordinate travel arrangements within the Dymocks network. Maintain organised filing systems, office supplies and mail handling processes. Processing invoices, credit card reconciliations and expense claims on behalf of the CEO. Coordinating meetings and events, including catering and logistics for board meetings and other office functions. Desired Skills and Experience Qualities and Skills of the successful candidate include: 2 years of experience in an administrative/coordinator role. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites, including PowerPoint. Good commercial understanding. High level of written and verbal communication skills, email, phone etc. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines. High level of attention to detail, organisation and planning skills essential.
