About the role We are looking for a State Real Estate Operations Specialist to join the growing team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. An Elders State Real Estate Operations Specialist is responsible for providing “hands-on” support to the State’s real estate operations, with a particular focus on administration, system support, training, program and procedure roll-outs, business development activities, post-acquisition support integrating people and systems, compliance and continuous improvement to assist the State achieve its financial growth targets. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative, operational and systems support to State Real Estate operations, ensuring legislative compliance and efficient day-to-day performance Investigate process inefficiencies and work with the State Real Estate Managers to standardise procedures, implement national initiatives and improve product performance Identify skill gaps and design, deliver and evaluate training programs (induction, onboarding, workshops, online and one-on-one), including development of manuals, resources and user guides Lead the rollout of new systems and initiatives, including pilot testing, feedback collection, phased implementation, milestone tracking and ongoing utilisation monitoring Act as the primary point of contact for Real Estate system queries, provide ongoing support, coordinate software updates and ensure effective use of tools and technology Support legislative and network reporting requirements Support marketing initiatives, recoveries, recruitment activities and business development efforts to drive growth and improve overall Real Estate performance Assist with acquisitions and expansion through due diligence, reporting, post-acquisition onboarding and integration of people, systems and processes About you To succeed at Elders, you: Extensive operational experience in a similar role or a comparable real estate environment Proven background in Sales Support roles or similar.
