Responsive Coordinator / Call Centre Operator - Sydney CBD Location: Sydney CBD (World Square) - Close to Public Transport Company: BGIS, Residential Services Client Employment Type: On-Site, Permanent, Full-Time Shift Information: 24/7 client with rotating rosters across seven days, between 6:00am and 10:30pm. Key Responsibilities As a Responsive Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting subcontractors to ensure maintenance work orders are delivered on time. This includes: - Issuing work orders to nominated trades. - Communicating updates and commencement dates with subcontractors. - Managing work orders from issue to completion. - Reviewing work order status and ensuring progress. - Communicating work requirements and timelines to subcontractors. - Ensuring timely escalation and resolution of delivery issues. - Providing guidance to subcontractors on work order variations.
