About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Business Process & Technologies, you will lead the analysis, design and embedding of improved business processes. Acting as a trusted conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure initiatives are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and successfully adopted across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Analysing and optimising end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and root causes Developing clear process maps, documentation and artefacts to support sustainable change Eliciting, defining and translating business requirements into actionable solutions Supporting the implementation of business and IT system changes, including testing, transition and adoption activities Developing practical training, communication and user resources to embed new ways of working Engaging and supporting stakeholders through change with clarity, structure and confidence About You You bring 3–5 years’ experience leading process improvement and change initiatives, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. You are confident working with ambiguity, highly collaborative, and known for your ability to guide stakeholders through change with clarity and care. You will also bring: Demonstrated experience with process improvement, change management and project delivery methodologies Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements documentation Experience supporting the implementation of process and technical change Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills High digital literacy, including strong Microsoft skills and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills A proactive, positive and outcomes-focused mindset If you are someone who loves improving how organisations work, bringing people along on the change journey, and translating big challenges into practical solutions that stick, this could be the role for you.
