As a Principal Systems Developer, you will: Lead the development, configuration and support of Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices and integrate with other systems using modern APIs and .NET based solutions. Manage, develop, enhance and maintain the applications, database and reporting services required to meet the business and operational needs of the agency. Provide high level technical expertise, guidance, assistance and advice to system development teams and less experienced colleagues regarding the analysis, design, planning and delivery of applications, database and reporting projects. Lead and facilitate in the development and evaluation of plans and strategies as well as standards for programming tools and techniques that meet the long-term requirements for applications services in the agency. Maintain and develop all required documentation, including design documents, project quality plans, processes and procedures. Liaise with product vendors and clients to identify and resolve complex application issues and to identify beneficial changes. Monitor recent industry developments and trends, including liaising with external professional bodies and tertiary institutions, to enable the implementation of best practice information technology. Take technical responsibility for all stages in software development process and act as a point of escalation for applications-related issues. Your technical requirements Uses appropriate tools, techniques and technologies for application design, development and support that are compliant with industry best standards. To be successful, you will need to be able demonstrate the following skills and experience. Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience with Model Driven App, Dynamics 365, DevOps and cloud-based service architecture at an enterprise level. Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Full Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform and Power BI. Experience in enterprise grade development of complex information systems. Experience in a lead role utilising IT service management and software development processes and frameworks, supporting, designing and developing large and complex systems. Experience in .NET, .NET Core, C#, Angular, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, Web Services and related technologies.
