Robert Half has partnered with a leading Australian organisation within the agricultural industrial and supply chain sector, who are seeking a Senior UKG Workforce Pro Specialist to take ownership of a critical portfolio of enterprise applications supporting large-scale operational and commercial activities. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior UKG Workforce Pro Specialist to own and oversee the implementation and ongoing management of integrations across the UKG ecosystem. This role is the single point of accountability for UKG, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, fit-for-purpose, and delivered to agreed standards. You will act as a trusted technical authority, working closely with internal stakeholders while holding implementation partners and vendors accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as a business advisor on the functional build of the UKG Workforce Pro solution Partner with payroll and time system SMEs to develop and maintain UKG configuration workbooks Provide technical expertise and guidance on build options aligned to specific business requirements Perform functional administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management Develop time and pay rules in alignment with Enterprise Agreements, in collaboration with Industrial Relations and Employment Relations teams Unit test configuration against approved configuration workbooks Develop user stories and test cases aligned to functional specifications Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement through innovative technologies and process enhancements Maintain standard procedures and supporting documentation Drive continuous process improvement, ensure ongoing compliance, and interpret new or changing legislation About You You are a confident, detail-driven UKG specialist who understands both the technical and commercial realities of large, complex system implementations.
