Opportunity to join a well-established global business supporting a busy finance team. This is a temp role with the potential to become permanent. The role Reporting into the finance function, you’ll provide administrative support to the team including: Raising invoices Reconciliations Managing documentation and records Assisting with supplier and customer set-ups Supporting month-end and year-end processes General office administration and data entry Liaising and supporting across the team The Person Previous experience in finance or administration support Excellent attention to detail and a solutions focussed approach Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Inquisitive and keen to learn Good sense of humour This role is offered on an initial 2-3 month temp basis, is site based with working hours 08.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
