Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to support the Financial Advisers in delivering well-considered, compliant and client-focused advice. This role offers end-to-end ownership of advice documentation in a professional wealth management environment that values quality, collaboration and expertise. The Role Reporting to the Financial Advisers and Partner, you will be responsible for the preparation and completion of Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Strategy Documents, along with assisting in the preparation and review of Records of Advice (RoAs). You will work closely with advisers, client services and external providers to ensure advice is accurate, compliant and efficiently implemented. This is a senior technical role with autonomy, variety and no direct people management. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality SoAs and Strategy Documents from adviser briefs Research and document holistic advice solutions across superannuation (including SMSFs), investments and insurance Draft, review and refine advice documentation to a high professional and compliance standard Liaise with advisers to clarify strategy, address feedback and finalise advice Prepare portfolio analysis and Records of Advice using XPLAN templates Brief Client Services Managers on implementation and supporting documentation Conduct product and technical research as required Assist the team with technical queries and process-related issues Assist with ad-hoc reporting and administration to support the broader team About You You are a proactive, detail-focused paraplanner with experience of preparing complex and strategic Statements of Advice, financial modelling and projections. Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality advice, and meeting deadlines in a structured environment.
