As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for accredited brokers and their clients You’ll build trusted relationships through exceptional service, positioning Beyond Bank as their preferred financial partner. You’ll manage each loan file from end to end ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely progression while keeping Brokers informed throughout the process. Your strong understanding of mortgage lending, combined with your ability to manage multiple priorities, will help create positive, reliable experiences that foster confidence and advocacy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively with Brokers and internal teams, and takes pride in contributing to the growth of the third‑party broker channel. In the role you will Act as a key point of contact for Brokers, providing timely, professional and solution focused support Build strong working relationships with brokers through consistent, effective, timely communication Pro actively manage broker expectations, supporting broker-submitted home loan applications end to end Reviewing documentation and completing application checks with accuracy and alignment with credit policy and compliance requirements Manage a portfolio of broker applications, balancing new and existing applications while meeting service level agreements (SLA’s) Resolve Broker and member concerns swiftly, including escalated complaints, ensuring outcomes exceed expectations. Champion customer retention by spotting opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote Beyond Bank’s full suite of services. Stay sharp with up-to-date product, system, and credit policy knowledge, while confidently navigating complex financial documents and structures. Contribute to the success of the Third-Party Broker Channel by achieving conversion, sales, and referral targets. Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, sharing expertise, and embracing innovation and change as a collaborative team player.
