As our highly valued Enterprise Quality Assurance Design Analyst based in Brisbane, your role will work closely with the Manager, Enterprise Quality Assurance to deliver on key elements of the EQA Approach. You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the enterprise to design and implement new QA functions to agreed timeframes. You will provide support and assistance to the wider EQA Delivery Team to ensure they can execute quality assurance and provide meaningful reporting and insights. You will also ensure our sample methods and reporting timeframes are met. You know that with the right mindset QA can be a force for good, building confidence and capability in our frontline to achieve this goal, and finding opportunities to improve our policies and process for our customers. You also understand that efficient, scalable systems, tools, and processes are critical, and are passionate about using your skills to set QA teams up for success. You’ll make an impact by: Discovery, design, and implementation of new QA functions in the QA tool (CXone). Maintenance of existing QA functions in CXone. Improve and embed data governance practices. Creation and maintenance of QA Manual documents in Confluence/SharePoint. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Excel. Relevant tertiary education (Commerce, Business, IT) desired. Working knowledge of relevant Finance industry standards, acts, codes and legislation (e.g. APRA, Consumer Credit Code, Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice, Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act, FSRA). 5 years’ experience in a lending, operations, or quality assurance role in financial services.
