About the role Are you a hands on retail property professional who loves being on the ground, building strong tenant relationships and keeping a shopping centre running smoothly day to day? This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working closely with tenants, and wants to step into a role that blends centre operations, tenant engagement, compliance, and reporting. Duties • Build strong tenant relationships through regular engagement, centre walks, issue triage and follow up. • Coordinate day to day centre operations, including maintenance management and timely communication to senior leadership. • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislation including the Retail Shop Leases Act and Property Law Act. • Maintain accurate administration and reporting, including data entry, documentation, and operational updates. • Support financial processes including invoice accuracy checks, arrears support, budgeting input and KPI monitoring. • Assist with leasing and marketing coordination, including lease administration support and tenant participation in activations. About you You’ll be proactive, organised, and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders. You’ll enjoy being out in the centres, building rapport with tenants and solving issues before they escalate. You will bring: Experience in retail property, centre operations, retail management or a similar environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Confidence using systems and reporting tools Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality A current driver’s licence How to apply Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion.
