As you’ll be part of a global IT team that keeps our systems running, our people connected, and our tech cutting-edge. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll troubleshoot, problem-solve, and continually learn while supporting users across multiple region. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager for Australia, South East Asia & the USA – learning from experienced professionals and building real-world capability from day one. What you’ll do Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting Be hands on with a wide range of user and back end hardware Support virtual environments and core infrastructure Administer accounts, access permissions, and onboarding Work across systems like Windows, Office, Active Directory, Dynamics 365 and more Manage firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and Wi-Fi networks Maintain the Helpdesk and ensure security patching Keep documentation up to date and support system enhancements What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or similar Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, and security A strong customer‑service mindset and high level of proactivity – anticipating needs, resolving issues early, and delivering positive experiences. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position Why join Jord?
