About The Role At HammondCare, data is not just information it is a critical enabler of safe, high‑quality care, trusted decision‑making, and responsible innovation. The Data Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping how data is designed, governed, and used across HammondCare. This role is accountable for defining and evolving both the current‑state and future‑state enterprise data architecture, ensuring our data is trusted, secure, interoperable, and fit‑for‑purpose across clinical, operational, and corporate domains. Working closely with clinical leaders, business teams, technology partners, and vendors, the Data Architect establishes clear enterprise data standards, patterns, and models that enable reliable reporting, analytics, AI‑enabled insights, and compliance with regulatory and ethical obligations. This is a hands‑on, outcomes‑focused role translating strategy into practical architecture decisions that improve data quality, reduce risk, and enable HammondCare to scale responsibly while staying true to our mission of care.
