What will you do? You will work with a dynamic, multi skilled team which delivers high quality support for all stakeholders of SAP. Deliver high quality SAP support for all stakeholders as tier one help and support across the SAP landscape - including ESS, HR and FI queries Review SAP security roles and the provisioning of user access Workflow management, including problem solving, redirecting and terminating of workflow Attend workshops and provide SME input on new systems and/or improvements Provide end user SAP training - One on one and whole team training, demonstrate at AFP Induction sessions.
