We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our team in a unique hybrid role. This position combines front-of-house campus operations and student support with behind-the-scenes product and operational administration. This is a full-time position, based 5 days in the office, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors on our campus, while also playing a critical role in maintaining accurate product, pricing, and scheduling information. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and systems in equal measure. Key responsibilities: Customer Support which may include assisting our clients both in person and remotely, welcoming our students and other guests on campus and remotely Maintain campus standards in training rooms & hospitality area; ensuring classroom readiness and onsite logistics. Maintain accurate product information, pricing, schedules, and documentation across internal systems Coordinate product updates, course changes, and release activities, supporting smooth launches and internal enablement Maintain accurate records and reporting to support operational control and compliance Identify operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives About You: You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You’re comfortable working across teams, managing details, and supporting both people and processes.
