AO3 Communication Officer (Full-Time Contract) The Company This opportunity sits within a large, regionally focused government team delivering critical planning, pre-construction and construction projects across Northern Queensland. The team plays a key role in ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and community awareness across major infrastructure programs. The Role As an AO3 Communication Officer, you will support project teams by developing clear, engaging communication materials and assisting with low-risk stakeholder engagement activities. This role contributes to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects by managing correspondence, maintaining project webpages, producing communication assets, and supporting community and stakeholder interactions. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team, helping ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with broader engagement commitments. You You’re a strong communicator with excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail. You’re organised, proactive, and confident working across digital platforms, stakeholder requests, and communication channels. You enjoy balancing multiple priorities, working in a team, and contributing to meaningful community-focused outcomes.
