What you'll do Coordinate and implement key project business change artefacts, including business change management, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and training. Contribute to the overarching program communications strategy and develop innovative and engaging communications materials, campaigns, and publications for a variety of audiences and channels to encourage adoption of the IWFM electronic rostering solution. Develop and deliver change management and communications activities to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of project initiatives. Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to achieve high level engagement, manage needs and expectations, mitigate risks, and support change. Encourage strong and supportive ownership, leadership and sponsorship of the IWFM implementation by end users through the use of effective communication channels and interpersonal skills. About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage defined engagement, consultation, and communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change. Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment, and in developing and adapting communications materials and key messages to suit a range of audiences. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members. While not mandatory, at least 5 years' experience working in corporate or internal communications roles would be highly regarded. Why work with us?
