About the Role This role is all about coordination, organisation and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly. As the Training & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting the delivery of events, meetings and programs by managing schedules, logistics, communications and administration. You’ll coordinate calendars, registrations, venues, travel and materials, handle enquiries, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure everything is set up, followed through and wrapped up properly. It’s a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys variety, stays calm under pressure and takes pride in being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. About You You’re a strong administrator or coordinator who thrives in a busy, people-facing environment. You may come from an office coordination, EA, events, education, membership or professional services background, but what matters most is your ability to organise, communicate and execute. You’re confident on the phone, comfortable juggling competing priorities and known for your attention to detail and follow-through. You bring positive energy, a strong work ethic and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, and you enjoy being relied on. You’re practical, adaptable and happy to do the occasional short trip as part of the role. Why Move?
