We are seeking a Mobile Gardener / Maintenance Officer to deliver high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across community client homes. Responsibilities include: Lawn mowing, pruning, spraying, weed control, leaf raking, and general garden upkeep Basic home maintenance and minor modifications Responding promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues Always ensuring a safe working environment Completing physically demanding tasks as required Accurately documenting work completed in line with Bene policies Working collaboratively with Community Services, Maintenance, and Care teams About You Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or handyperson work Ability to work independently across multiple locations Strong communication and customer service skills A commitment to safety, quality, and respectful service delivery Current Driver’s License National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
