Tyre Sales Specialist Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm $75K Super phone & laptop monthly bonus This is a rare opportunity for someone who understands tyres from the ground up but wants to spend more time with customers and less time on the tools. You'll work in a structured, high-performing automotive service environment where 70% of your role is front of house sales and customer consultation, with 30% hands-on support including tyre fitting and wheel alignment when required. About the Role This role blends technical knowledge with customer-facing sales. You'll be the trusted point of contact for tyre enquiries, quoting and bookings, while also jumping in on the floor when needed to support the workshop and keep jobs moving. It's ideal for a tyre fitter or alignment technician ready to take the next step, or a customer-focused sales professional with strong technical exposure. What You Will Do Consult with customers to recommend the right tyre and service solutions Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings Manage customer communication from enquiry through to completion Work closely with service advisors and workshop teams Support tyre fitting, rotations and wheel alignments as required Drive add-on services including balancing and alignments Maintain accurate job records, invoicing and follow-ups Contribute to monthly sales targets and bonus outcomes What You Will Bring Experience in tyre fitting and/or wheel alignment Strong customer service and sales capability Confidence explaining technical information in simple terms A professional, reliable and team-focused approach Desire to move into a more customer-facing, consultative role Comfortable working within clear systems and processes What's In It for You $75K Super Monthly bonus structure, earning up to an additional $15K per annum Monday to Friday only, no weekends Phone and laptop provided Structured role with training and support Clear progression pathways within the business Excellent culture with long staff tenure Monthly team lunches, company dinners and family picnics If you're great with customers, know tyres inside out, and are ready for a role that balances sales, service and hands-on support, this is worth a conversation.
