This is a Monday to Friday role, based at our custom-built facility in Kewdale. 15-month fixed term contract with possible extension. Skills And Experiences BE part of the change To be part of the change this role will: Maintain and update HRIS, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, manage user access, and support system upgrades and new module implementation. Develop workflows, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and implement improvements to enhance HR operations. Prepare contracts and employee lifecycle paperwork, generate reports for compliance and insights, and oversee employee recognition programs Provide HRIS technical assistance and training, advice on HR policies and procedures Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and reporting. BE this person As part of the solution, you will have: Certificate IV or higher in Human Resources or related field.
