The Role Michels are seeking a Site HSE Advisor to join a major Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) project on a 5 month contract, with the potential for extension. This role is starting ASAP. The role is based in Sunshine, Melbourne working 5 or 6 days per week. Responsibilities include: Promote and drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety training as required Support site teams with preparation of JSA/SWMS, hazard identification and implementation of controls Ensure compliance with project, rail and Michels HSE standards and legislative requirements Manage permits and HSE monitoring, reporting and equipment Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Participate in incident investigations and complete timely reporting Why Michels Trenchless Pty Ltd?
