The Role Lead end-to-end estimating and tendering for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Support work-winning, risk management and profitable project delivery Collaborate with Directors, Project Managers and Business Development teams Prepare accurate cost plans, budgets and market-aligned estimates Manage subcontractor pricing, trade engagement and tender reviews Identify value engineering opportunities and tender risks Support bid strategy, negotiations and handover to delivery teams What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction or fit-out ($3M–$30M projects) Strong technical estimating skills and sound commercial judgement Established subcontractor and consultant relationships Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
