About the Role They are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. You will provide high-quality administrative, operational and coordination support, helping the team meet competing priorities and deliver outcomes efficiently. Key Responsibilities Providing a broad range of administrative and business support services Maintaining organisational charts and workforce data spreadsheets Managing and triaging shared email inboxes Coordinating workflows and monitoring task progress Responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Managing records and databases in line with policies and confidentiality requirements Developing, implementing and improving office systems and processes Preparing reports and documentation on team performance and operations Supporting efficiency, cost management and service delivery initiatives About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Can manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Works independently and uses sound judgement Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders Handles sensitive and confidential information with care Requirements Experience in an administrative, operational or project support role HR and/or organisational design support experience (highly regarded) High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven document control and records management experience How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
