They are now seeking an experienced Strata Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. Up to $100k pro rata - depending on experience A collaborative and fun workplace culture A modern office in Lower North Shore, conveniently located near shops, cafes, and public transport Clear path for internal promotion and career advancement in strata management The Role: Schedule Inspections and Re-inspections with residents and contractors Coordinate quotes with Strata Managers and strata committees Handle fire safety and other compliance related work orders Prepare and lodge Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) renewals Maintain compliance documentation. Building relationships with clients and staff Agency Agreement administration The Person: Strong administrative experience in compliance is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities with a focus on timely follow-ups Proven experience in client relationship management The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
