About the role Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will deliver high-quality service to existing and prospective clients of the mortgage fund, while developing key client relationships and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. You will also be required to develop a strong understanding of the company’s real estate products and their general positioning in the market. Your key responsibilities will include: Provide high-quality first-line support to both direct and advised investors via phone and email; Prepare and distribute investor communications relating to loan repayments, variations, and delays; Process client service transactions efficiently with the client registry, including investor switches, deposits, redemptions, transfers, and client maintenance requests; Facilitate the onboarding and sign-up of new investors, coordinating required documentation and processes. Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and service level agreements; Maintain excellent customer engagement across inbound and outbound communications; Ensure accurate and timely data entry across systems, maintaining a zero-error standard; AND Proactively anticipate customer needs, delivering a seamless and customer-centric service experience. Qualifications, skills, and experience required include: At least 2 years’ experience in an Investor Services oriented role within Funds Management or the broader Financial Services landscape; RG 146 certification; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Solid organisational skills and ability to work under pressure; AND Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
