We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering (MLOps) Team Lead to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of production AI and machine learning solutions in a cloud-based environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a small team of AI specialists while working closely with software, data, and business stakeholders to ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned to organisational goals. You will lead the delivery of production AI and MLOps solutions in a permanent, hybrid role requiring just one day per week in the office. Working primarily on Azure, you will take a hands-on leadership position, guiding and mentoring a small technical team while ensuring AI systems are robust, scalable, and effectively deployed into production.
