Your Role As you step into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, you will: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with guidance and support as needed; Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients; Source, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle; Work on both existing accounts and new business development opportunities; Provide career guidance, interview coaching, and CV advice to candidates; Maintain accurate records in the CRM; Collaborate with and learn from high-performing consultants; Continuously develop your skills, confidence, and commercial capability.
