About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Credit Officer – Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will support the National Shared Services Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Debtors team. You will ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts in line with Crown’s credit policy while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Debtors team to achieve collection targets and KPIs. Contact customers regarding outstanding debts and maintain accurate records in AS400. Identify delinquent accounts and escalate to Debt Collection Agencies as required. Collaborate with branches to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of disputes. Assist with processing journals, refunds, and bad debt write-offs in line with company policy. Provide first-line support in the Manager’s absence and assist with end-of-month reporting. Drive process improvements and team training initiatives. Support implementation of strategies for managing third-party platforms and new AR processes. Skills & Experience Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of AS400 system (preferred). Previous experience in debtors/credit control (preferred). Benefits What sets us apart?
