This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy to increase market share and revenue across key transient accounts including TMCs, corporate travel buyers, leisure intermediaries and OTA partners To actively be involved in the hotel's annual Business Plan process and set team targets where necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional clients, distributors, and partners To measure and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition activities and to re-evaluate programs on an ongoing basis Observe and analyse market trends and make recommendations for where business needs to be focused Creating and implementing a dedicated Sales strategy to optimise and drive revenue growth. Assist with the leadership and coaching of the Sales team. Travel as required.
