We specialise in high quality civil engineering projects for both private and government clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Administrator to join our Osborne Park team in a full time role. The Contract Administrator prepares, administers, interprets, reviews, and negotiates contracts and contract variations on behalf of the organisation. They will support the delivery of projects, programs, and services by managing contractual documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational requirements. Key Responsibilities : Prepare, review, administer, and negotiate contracts and variations relating to programs, projects, and services. Interpret contract terms and conditions and provide advice to project teams and management on contractual obligations. Respond to enquiries and resolve issues relating to contracts, projects, services, and stakeholders affected by contractual matters. Manage and maintain contract documentation, registers, correspondence, and records in line with organisational procedures. Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, contractors, owners, and consultants to ensure contractual and project objectives are achieved. Oversee contractor compliance with contractual requirements and report on variations, extensions of time, and work order changes. Prepare and review submissions, reports, and recommendations relating to contractual matters and organisational activities. Collect, analyse, and report data associated with projects and contracts, including progress, costs, and outcomes. Assist with reviewing and arranging office accommodation and related contractual agreements where required. Applicants need at least 2 years' relevant experience as a Contract Administrator. Applicants will also have : Demonstrated experience in contract administration or contract officer roles. Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and commercial principles. High level written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and document control. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities concurrently.
