Review accounting journals and ensure accurate transaction treatments. Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior management Deliver accurate and timely group management reports Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of four Management Accountants. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture. Support professional development and succession planning within the team. Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting process across the group. Collaborate with operations and senior management to prepare accurate and realistic budgets. Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. Support forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives. Governance & Compliance Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit deliverables. Process Improvement Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations. Enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities. Additional Duties Provide coverage for other accounting roles during leave periods. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Financial Controller, CFO, or Senior Management Team.
