The Role Reporting to the Financial Accountant, this Accounts Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on across the finance function. You'll be involved in everything from day-to-day transactions and reconciliations through to payroll support, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Duties include Accurately enter invoices, match to purchase orders and goods receipts, and reconcile supplier, bank, and credit card statements Support AR aging reports, build strong customer relationships, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections Assist with intercompany transactions, general ledger maintenance, and day-to-day financial record keeping Contribute to the end-of-month process by ensuring accurate reconciliations and financial data Support to the payroll process About You Previous experience in accounting role with demonstrated knowledge of payroll processing Confident using Excel and accounting software (MYOB experience is a big plus) Naturally detail-oriented and accurate in your work A great communicator who enjoys working with others Proactive, adaptable, and happy to roll up your sleeves The Opportunity 6-month fixed-term contract with real potential to go permanent Part time 4 days per week Onsite parking for an easy commute Supportive, collaborative team with a positive culture If you're seeking the next step in your career, please apply today or contact Lauren Daniels on ldaniels@fourquarters.com.au for further details.
