About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Commercial Manager and operates on a 4:3 roster. Your focus will be on partnering with the business to turn financial and operational data into clear insights, supporting better decision-making, improved efficiency, and the effective delivery of change initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements in collaboration with operational and corporate stakeholders. Analysing and mapping current-state processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Defining and documenting reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboards to support operational and transformation initiatives. Developing financial and analytical models to support financing, investment, and capital decision-making. Partnering with stakeholders to deliver agreed milestones and drive outcomes across projects and business-as-usual activities. Supporting governance through requirements updates, data readiness reporting, and structured change controls. About You Our ideal candidate will have proven skills in budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process improvement, with a demonstrated track record of driving efficiencies within organisations. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or commerce. Strong business and data analysis capability, including process mapping, optimisation, and automation. Experience building financial and analytical models to support commercial decision-making. Working knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to analyse complex requirements and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
