Description Job Purpose DP World is seeking an Ocean Product Manager (LCL) to join our Global Freight team. In this role, you will lead ocean procurement, carrier management, supplier relationships, and pricing to support our commercial and sales teams. You will help standardise our approach with vendors, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive strong service, operational, and financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage LCL procurement and supplier relationships, including rate negotiations, contract reviews, and cost savings. Oversee pricing accuracy and data management, supporting RFQs and timely system updates. Deliver market insights and industry analysis to inform customer-facing updates. Support product and trade-lane development, achieving volume and financial targets. Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to align procurement strategies. Ensure compliance with DP World policies, including HSSE standards, ethical guidelines, and safe work practices. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 5 year’s experience in freight forwarding, LCL ocean product procurement or operations. Technical proficiency, ideally with Cargowise, auto-rating, and rate management systems. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with deep LCL ocean freight market knowledge. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain strong business relationships. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to deliver successful business outcomes and support forecasting and demand planning.
