Your opportunity QFD is seeking to fill two temporary roles in our Information Technology Directorate to work across several ICT initiatives. This will involve: Stakeholder engagement and facilitation with our staff and volunteer workforce Assessing change impacts and developing fit-for-purpose communication Developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans Developing and delivery training and providing readiness support. One of these roles will require experience in translating complex cyber security concepts, frameworks and standards into accessible engaging messaging for diverse audiences. What's on offer? What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will bring the following: You thrive as a Change Analyst on complex ICT-enable projects in a dynamic and changing environment Ability to integrate best practice change management activities into overarching ICT project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 Agile and human-centred design ways of working. Proven ability to apply strong analytical thinking and attention to detail A natural talent for driving stakeholder engagement, tailored communication, and designing training that meet the needs of a diverse workforce Experience in translating complex cyber security concepts, frameworks and standards into accessible engaging messaging for diverse audiences (if applying for this role)
