What you'll do In conjunction with senior management, or other responsible stakeholders, ensure the development, implementation and ongoing effective maintenance of release repositories and tools. Develop project planning documentation in accordance with Queensland Government project management methodologies (based on PRINCE2) and in alignment with Program Management plans as required to meet project objectives. Apply project management knowledge, develop project plans, articulate dependent milestones, and coordinate disparate teams to ensure release components are delivered on time and to satisfactory quality. Collaborate with other managers and team leads across Queensland Health to contribute to efficient, effective and integrated solution analysis, maintenance and enhancement of solution operations. About you We are searching for someone with: Proven stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills to facilitate the planning, management and delivery of releases. Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change. Demonstrated high level expertise and experience in release activities associated with the management and implementation of ICT projects. Proven experience in building large and complex release plans and schedules to support ERP implementations. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current practices in information technology service management, release activities, and project management methodologies, principles and practices. Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, critical evaluation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop significant documents, reports and briefing papers in order to influence and contribute to the decision making process of an organisation.
