What you will be doing:- Provide high level advice to the General Manager on strategic, operational issues and corporate governance issues associated with social and affordable housing.- Provide an effective liaison on behalf of the General Manager to business areas of Social Housing Delivery Office, the Office of the Deputy Director-General, other areas of the department and external stakeholders.- Manage the direction and timely delivery of all correspondence including hot issues briefs and briefing requests on behalf of the office.- Actively participate in and contribute to the good governance and objects of the business area and the division.- Establish and maintain productive working relationships within the division, across the division, across the department and Queensland Government.- Undertake special projects of a complex/sensitive nature as assigned by the General Manager.- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
