SAG Workforce is partnering with a well-established and respected commercial construction company with a strong pipeline of work across education, health, retail, mixed-use, and industrial projects throughout South-East Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior Contracts Administrator looking to build their career within a supportive commercial construction environment. You will be working closely with experienced Project Managers and Senior Contracts Administrators, you will be supported and mentored while gaining hands-on exposure across all stages of project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with subcontractor and supplier procurement Supporting contract administration and documentation Assisting with progress claims, variations, and cost tracking Maintaining RFIs, registers, and project documentation Supporting monthly cost reporting and forecasting Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Learning contract administration processes from project start through to completion This role offers structured development and the opportunity to grow into a full Contracts Administrator position. Ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to build long-term capability in commercial construction.
