Following a recent brand refresh, the focus is on raising the standard of delivery, with a secured pipeline of work. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of an $11m live hotel refurbishment, running a staged programme within an operational environment. Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, you will control programme, quality, logistics, and trade coordination from demolition through to high-end finishes. The role includes managing consultants, crane lifts and road closures, hospitality and kitchen refurb works, and guiding a junior Site Manager. This is a planning-led, coordination-focused role for a Site Manager who runs a tight site through sequencing, foresight, and clear communication. A valid Australian driver’s license. Trade-based qualification in a relevant field.
