The Opportunity A well-established Tier 2 builder is looking to bring on a Contract Administrator on a major multi-residential development in Hamilton. You’ll initially be focused on one stage of a large-scale masterplanned development – a $70M residential tower currently in early delivery, with construction running through to mid-2027. With earlier stages already delivered successfully, future stages likely to follow, and several more projects across SEQ, this role offers genuine long-term continuity rather than a one-off project. You’ll be working alongside another experienced CA with a strong design and architectural background, within a senior and collaborative project team. The team is highly energetic and delivery-focused, with a leadership group that genuinely backs its people. What You’ll Be Doing Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts and variations. Preparing cost reports, progress claims and financial tracking. Supporting the delivery team through design coordination and commercial administration. Working closely with the other CA, Project Manager, and site team to drive outcomes. Assisting with forecasting, risk management and reporting.
