Job Description Permanent, Full Time Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administration Assistant is responsible for: Payments and Finance Support: Processing enrolment and student payments, reconciling daily transactions, managing declined payments, issuing refunds, and following up outstanding fees Student Records and Data Entry: Maintaining accurate student records across internal systems, including enrolments, results, USI details, AVETMISS reporting, and data updates. Enrolments and Admissions: Processing student enrolments, preparing and sending enrolment packs, managing enquiry data, and supporting intake administration. Student and Front Desk Support: Responding to student and debtor enquiries, managing incoming calls, assist branch visitors, and support student follow-ups and communications. General Administration: Drafting basic correspondence, maintaining databases and filing, relaying messages and supporting staff Compliance and Team Support: Following policies and procedures, supporting monthly data checks and reports, and carrying out duties as directed by management.
